Traditional hydrogen carbon cleaners are effective tools — but they have a fundamental limitation. Hydrogen alone works only on dry carbon deposits. The HF1 changes the equation entirely. By combining high-volume HHO output with perfectly formulated HF101 chemical fog, it attacks both dry and wet carbon simultaneously — reaching deeper into combustion chambers, EGR systems, DPFs, and turbos than any standalone hydrogen machine can achieve.


Carbon builds in two distinct forms inside a modern engine. The HF1 is the only machine on the market engineered to tackle both simultaneously — through the synergy of HHO gas and chemical fog working together in a single, connected process.


DRY CARBON Hard-baked deposits


Found on intake valves, piston crowns, and combustion chamber surfaces. High-temperature hydrogen molecules penetrate and fracture hardened carbon crust — loosening deposits that chemical cleaners alone struggle to shift. HHO supercharges this process at volumes exceeding 7,000 litres, delivering sustained, deep thermal action.


WET CARBON Oil-laden sludge


Wet carbon — a sticky, oil-mixed contamination common in turbos, EGR valves, and DPF systems — is completely beyond the reach of hydrogen alone. The HF1's surfactant-blended chemical fog penetrates and emulsifies these oily deposits, suspending them for safe extraction through the engine's normal combustion cycle.

The HF1 is engineered for the workshop, not the laboratory. No complex setup, no specialist knowledge, no guesswork. Computer-driven programmes handle the entire cleaning sequence automatically — you simply prepare the machine and press start.


Take a can of HF101 cleaner and screw it directly into the HF1 machine. No measuring, no mixing — it's ready to go.


Attach the HF1 to the vehicle via the inlet connection. Compatible with passenger cars, vans, and heavy commercial trucks.


Power on the HF1 and choose the correct cleaning programme for the vehicle type and contamination level from the on-board computer.


The HF1 runs its fully automated cycle — delivering a calibrated mixture of HHO and chemical fog at precisely controlled ratios throughout.
